We ordered our bed on May 13, 2025, and received it around May 27. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, we noticed that the ceramic basin had arrived shattered. We immediately contacted Manager Duy Lu and Henry Nguyen to report the issue, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful.
They quickly arranged for a replacement and approved the return of the damaged bed. We received the new bed within about a week and a half, and it arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, we’re very pleased with the excellent customer service—prompt, attentive, and solution-oriented. Great experience!
