Osaki Spa (Nail Furniture) 1 Year Manufacturer's Parts Warranty

This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty is provided by Osaki Spa.

We guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, structural defects during ONE (1) year of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

What Is Covered*:

  1. This warranty explicitly covers mechanical parts and framework of the chair.
  2. This warranty includes parts cost for ONE (1) year at no cost to the customer.
  3. Structural Framework on selected products carries for ONE (1) year.

What Is NOT Covered*:

  1. Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.
  2. Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
  3. Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.
  4. Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.
  5. Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
  6. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty.
  7. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
  8. Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
  9. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
  10. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

How to obtain warranty service:

  1. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
  2. You must obtain a return authorization number in order to ship products to a service center.
  3. You may obtain service advice, or an RMA number by contacting the Osaki Spa Customer Service department toll-free at 1-888-848-2630 ext.3.
  4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Osaki Spa(Legal Name : BDW USA, LLC) Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by : failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power.
Damage that occurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fading, wearing, and the pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under the warranty. Failures of attach points such as stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Under no circumstance shall Osaki Spa or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, etc.), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. Osaki spa, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.

3 Year Standard Manufacturer's / Parts & Labor Warranty

This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty is provided by Titan Chair LLC.

We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

What Is Covered*:

  1. This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
  2. This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
  3. This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer.
  4. Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
  5. The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.

What Is NOT Covered*:

  1. Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.
  2. Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.

  3. In no case will Titan Chair LLC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.

  3. This warranty includes parts costs covered for the 4 years at no cost to the customer.
  4. Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
  5. This warranty is only valid with the purchase of the extended 1 year warranty.

What Is NOT Covered*:

  1. Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.

Inada Massage Chairs 5 Year Limited or Replacement Warranty Assurance

This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty

Any warranty question and technical support please call our service depart at 888-848-2630 ext. 3. The hours of operation are from Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm Central Standard Time. Questions and technical request can be made at www.inadadirect.com under warranty support. You should be contact within 48 business hours.

What Is Covered*:

  1. This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
  2. This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first (3) years at no cost to the customer.
  3. This warranty includes parts costs covered for the 5 years at no cost to the customer.
  4. Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years.
  5. This warranty is only valid with the purchase of the extended 2 year warranty.

Coverage:

We guaranty that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein. Proof of Purchase must be provided and must be purchased from an approved vendor for this warranty to be in effect. If our product(s) is found to be modified or attempted to be opened in any fashion without authorization, we as the Distributor OTA World LLC have the right to void the warranty agreement. If repair(s) have been attempted without success or unable to provide parts, we will try to provide compatible parts and in the even there is no alternative replacement of the chair will be offered. In the event the chair is no longer available, we will replace the chair with comparable model. Under no circumstances shall the distributor replace the chair with a model that exceed the original net price paid for the product. If the customer refuses the replacement chair OTA World will no longer be liable for making repairs under the limited warranty agreement. In the event of replacing the chair the customer will be responsible for packaging the original chair on the replacement chair box properly packaged on a pallet to ensure return of the item in good condition. If the chair is damage due to insufficient packaging the customer will be responsible for the damages.
In the first three (3) years, the massage chair, the labor, internal parts and service will be covered at no cost to the customer.
The fourth (4) and fifth (5) year only internal parts and structural framework is covered at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions that apply:

  1. Warranty will not be covered if the product has been dropped, including any attachments such as the remote, screens and cables.
  2. Upholstery is not covered by the warranty apart from manufactures defect within the first 90 days from purchase.
  3. Scratches, normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. If backrest, seat, arm or leg upholstery is damaged or worn out, the customer will be sold the parts if available from the manufacturer.
  4. Failure to use a serge protector for this product.
  5. Negligence, misuse, power surges or any act of nature or alteration of this product I will void this warranty.
  6. Any damage caused by animals or pets.
  7. Any damaged caused by liquids or any kind or food.
  8. Any unnecessary service calls. If a technician was dispatched to report that there are no problems found when diagnosing by an OTA World LLC assigned technician. In this case the customer will be responsible for the service call.
  9. Any floor models chair that has been purchased from a certified dealer, where the chair has been on display for more than 9 months.

2 Year Extended Warranty:

All Inada chairs come with a factory 5-year Limited Warranty where the first 3 years of labor is covered. When purchasing the 2-year extended warranty, it will extend the labor coverage to 5 full years of labor coverage under the same terms and conditions as the original factory warranty. The customer has 30 days from receiving the chair to purchase the 2-year extended warranty.

  • Small Items

    Small items such as handhelds, foot massager, leg massager, smaller size massage chairs, chairs or other items have 30 days parts warranty otherwise mentioned in the product page.
